You can place an order directly through our website.

For orders that require engraving, after confirming the artwork for engraving, we will send you a separate payment link for engraving charges.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship internationally. The delivery fee will be calculated and displayed once you add your shipping address during checkout.

 

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we offer free delivery for orders above RM 200.00 within Peninsular Malaysia. For more info on shipping and delivery, please click here.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

For local and international orders, we accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

 

What is the cost of engraving?

  • RM 0.25 per English character/RM1 per Chinese character
  • RM 9.00 for logos
  • RM 0.30 per English character for color engraving 
  • RM 1.10 per Chinese character for color engraving 
  • RM 15.00 for colour logos
  • RM 50.00 for logo development (applicable to one new logo)

Do you have a physical store? Can I self-collect my order?

Yes, you may visit our physical store/self-collect your order from our showroom during business hours.  

  

What is the lead time for engraving?

Engraving usually takes 3-4 working days upon confirmation of artwork, but if the stock is not available, it may take slightly longer. If you're in a rush, please let us know, and well check if we can accommodate your urgent order.

Can I request custom engravings or logos?

Yes, we can engrave custom logos or text. You will need to provide your logo in AI file format for us to incorporate it into your order.

 

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for products?

There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). You can order any quantity you need.

 

I have an urgent order. Are you able to meet a specific deadline?

We can accommodate urgent orders based on stock availability. Please contact us with your requirements, and we will do our best to fulfill your request in a timely manner.

 

How do I clean my pewter items?

For deeper cleaning or polishing, you can bring the items to our factory, where we offer a polishing service.

 

Do you offer packaging or gift boxes?

All orders are carefully packed in our Tumasek Pewter packaging box. Specialized or velvet box for selected items are available at additional cost upon request (kindly refer the above image for sample visual).

 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, discounts are available for larger orders. Please contact us for a personalized quote.
